The Haines Borough Wood Heat Feasibility Study is now available for public comment. You can download the Study and its appendices from http://www.hnsboroesc.outlierproductions.com/biomass.html. The Haines Borough Energy Sustainability Commission will meet mid-January to hear Public Comment and to formulate comment of its own.
